Our cards are designed to fit over the neck of a wine bottle and are available in 24 different wine-oriented verses. Our cards, available exclusively at wineries and wine retailers, provide wine-givers with a convenient and thoughtful way to express themselves on wine giving occasions including dinner parties, celebrations, holidays, business events, or just to say thank you to a friend.
For New Clients
Bottleneck Wine Cards are sold exclusively through our distribution channel of wineries and wine retailers. We provide our new distributors with everything they need to get started, including a full set of all cards (24 different verses) and a four-sided display rack with your choice of a counter-top display (small 10" footprint) or free-standing display. We will ship you the rack, cards and setup instructions. We also offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee, if you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund.
For Existing Clients
We make it easy for existing clients to order replacement cards by offering reordering via email, fax, or phone in quantities of your choosing. You can download our most recent reorder form our web site. Unsold or damaged cards can be returned to us for credit towards new cards.
